Five questions we hear on every first call.

If you're sizing us up, these are the answers that usually move the needle.

How much does this cost — and what if it doesn't pay off?

Every engagement starts with a $500 AI Efficiency Assessment: a 30-minute call and a written ROI report. If we can't identify at least 5 hours of weekly automation opportunity in your firm, you don't pay. For the build that follows, we use outcome-based pricing — fixed-scope, retainer, or a performance model where we don't get paid unless our work shows up in your numbers.

How long until we see results?

It depends on the engagement. Quick Wins ship in 2–3 weeks. A Workflow Overhaul lands in 4–6 weeks. A Full Transformation runs 8–12 weeks. The first deliverable — your assessment report — arrives within 48 hours of your call, so you see the plan before you commit to the build.

Is our firm too small — or too big — for this?

The sweet spot is law firms, accounting practices, and medical offices that are too large to keep running on ad-hoc tools and too small to hire in-house AI staff. If you're spending hours a week on document drafting, data entry, client intake, or scheduling, there's almost certainly automation opportunity — regardless of whether you're 5 people or 50.

Do you actually build it, or just hand us a strategy deck?

We don't sell you a deck. We sell you a result. Once we agree on scope, we build. You see progress before you're asked for another dollar. No finger-pointing, no scope-creep billing, no vanishing after the handoff. We stay until it works.

What happens after the engagement ends?

Most clients move onto a subscription: $1,000–5,000/month for ongoing optimization, new automations, and priority support. Full Transformation clients also get a dedicated Slack channel and monthly check-ins. There's no long-term commitment required — you stay because the work keeps paying off, not because you're locked in.
